Guinness Bread

Ingredients
- 1.35kg Wholemeal Flour
- 340g Butter
- 1.5tbsp Baking Soda
- 125g Caster Sugar
- 2.5pint Buttermilk
- 2.5pint Guinness
- 100ml Stout
Method
1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Melt butter
3. Add wet ingredients
4. Bake in pre heated oven at 150ºC for 1 hour
